I beg to acquaint you that it has been arranged that the in-
-vestigation into the circumstances attending the loss of the Vessel "North Sea", late under your command, which the
Board of Trade have directed me to hold before the [Slipensleaiy?]
Magistrate of this Borough, will take place on Tuesday
next the 12 Inst, instant at the Police Court, at Eleven
Oclock in the forenoon, when I will thank you to have the goodnefs
to attend, and to bring with you, your certificate of com-
-petency or Service as the case may be.
