Raspberry Vinegar
Level raspberries in a [pan?] add vinegar to cover
them. Stand 24 hours. Strain off the juice add
1 lb of white sugar to 1 pt of juice - Scald skim of the
scum - bottle when cold A delicious drink with
ice in summer.
