on them fell to be appropriated as follows. Ist Year,
the Toronto scholarship to Alexander Nicholson, Trustees
scholarship to James Edward Burgess. IId Year
Kingston scholarship to Nathan Fellowes Dupuis,
Foundation scholarship to Francis H. Chrysler.
[margin] Letter from[/margin][tab]In reply to a letter from Mr. James M. Gray
[margin]James M. Gray[/margin]the Secretary was instructed to inform him that his
letter was the first intimation the Senatus had
received of the existence of the report referred to by
him, and that their decision to refuse to recommend
him to the Senate for the degree of B.A. was
based entirely on their view of his deficiencies as exhibited
at the University Examination.
