Ben & Jim cut a log and Ben went to the saw mill. He brought lumber back when he come. Jim and Marvin plowed some this evening. Mr Cothron[?] come to see Josie this evening. He wanted her dues on the church. Josie and I was starting to Marvins. They carried us on the car that far. I was glad of the ride as Josie would had to carrie Mabel all the way.
