Monday October 3, 1921

A rainy morning and rained
a gain this evening. Jim
stripped some tobacco today.
Josie has had the tooth
ache
all day. She made
her three aprons this
evening. The children
went to school.

Ben and I went to Gretna
this evening. We went
for things that we had
to have to live on.
We had a good trip.
It rained while we
were at Gretna. We
went to see John a
few minutes. He was
working on his house.
I think it will be very
nice when he gets it
complete.
