and thereupon said Alston. Ellis as such President
cast the unanimous ballot fo this Board [inserted] for LM Jewett [end inserted] as Auditor and
Secretary thereof for the ensuing year,and thereupon the
Chair declared that Mr Jewett had been unanimously
elected as Auditor and Secretary of this Board for the
ensuing year at a salary of $500.00 per year.
Mr O' Bleness moved that A.J Frame be elected
as Treasurer fo the Ohio University for the ensuing
year at a salary of $700.00 per year which mothion
was duly seconded ,and thereupon a motion was
made to amend the amount of said salary so
that it will read $700. instead of $800. per year.
which amendment to said motion was duly seconded
and adopted by the Board, and on motion duly
[inserted] Election
of Treas O.U [end inserted] seconded and adopted said motion as amended
was adopted by the Board ,and on motion of Mr
O' Bleness , Alston Ellis as President of the
Ohio University was directed to cast the
unanimous ballot of the Board for A. J Frame
as Treasurer of the Ohio University at a salary
of $700- per year , and thereupon said Alston
Ellis, as such President cast the unanimous
ballot of said Board for said A. J Frame as Treasurer
of the Ohio University at a salary of 700$ for the
ensuing year , and thereupon the Chair declared
that said A. J. Frame had been unanimously
elected by the Board as Treasurer of the Ohio
University for the ensuing year at a salary of
700$ per year.

on salaries and teachers for the ensuing year

on the Ladies Hall of the Ohio University for the ensuing
