had been unanimously elected as Treasurer of the
Ohio University for the ensuing year at a salary of
$800.00. per year.

Committee [end inserted] On motion of Mr Jewett duly seconded and
adopted, Messrs. Ellis Foster and Biddle were
elected as a Finance Committee for the
ensuing year with full power and authority to
act in all matters relating to the expenditures
of the university as heretofore authorized.

Grounds
and Campus [end inserted] On motion of Mr Jewett duly seconded and
adopted Messrs O' Bleness, Foster, and Biddle
were elected as a committee on College grounds
and Buildings , with full power and authority
to act in all matters relating thereto

of Mr Jewett duly seconded and adopted
E. J Jones J. M Welch . Alston Ellis Henry O' Bleness
T. R. Biddle and V.C Lowry were continued
as the Committee on the new library building
with full power and authority to act in all
matters relating thereto .

Jewett duly seconded and adopted Messrs.
Ellis Welch and Davidson were appointed a
Committee on teachers and salaries, with full power
and authority to act in accordance with the power
