and all material for same in or about the premices,
and shall be made payable to the parties thereto as
their interest in case of loss may appear.
The bond attache to the proposal of said Charles P
Kircher to the Board of Trustees of the Ohio University
dated May 6th 1904 in hereby made a part of this
contract.
Article 12 : The contractor, for himself, his
executors, administrators, and assigns, and said
owner for itself, and successors and assigns, do
hereby agree to the full performance of the covenants
herein contained.

New Library [end inserted] In witness where of the part of the first part has
hereunto set his hand ,and the part of the Second part
has affixed its corporate seal ,and subscribed its corporate
name by virtue of a resolution of its Board of Trustees this
day adopted, on the day and year first aboved named.
