upon the written order of said Building Committee
,who shall advise with its architect in regard
thereto,and when so mande the value of the work
added or omitted shall be computed by the architects
and said Building Committee ,and the amount so
ascertained shall be added or deducted from the contract
price -
Article - 4 - The contractor shall provide safe and
proper facilities at all times for the inspection of the
work by the Building Committee or its authorized
representatives -He shall within twenty four hours
after receiving written notice from said Building
Committee or its architect, to that effect, remove
from the grounds or building all material condemned
by them, whether work or unworked, and to take

committee or said architect shall by like written
notice condemn as unsound, improper, or as in any
way failing to conform to said drawings and
specifications, which by reference are hereby made a
part of this contract.
Article - 5 0 : Should the contractor at time refuse
or neglect to supply a sufficienc of properly skilled
workmen, or of material of the proper qualit, or
fail in an respect to prosecute the work with
promptness and diligence, or fail in the performance
of the agreements herein contained, such refusal,
neglect or failure being certified by the Building Committee
or its architect , the owner shall be be at liberty after
five days written notice to the contractor,to provide
any such labor or material ,and to deduct the
cost thereof from any money due or thereafter
to become due to the contractor under this contract,
and if said building committee or said architect
shall certify that such refusal , neglect or failure
is sufficient ground for such action , the owner
shall be at liberty to terminate the employment
of the contractor for said work, and to enter upon the
