be necessary which motion was duly seconded

Miss.Gaskill [end inserted] On motion duly seconded and adopted Miss
Cornelia. I. Gaskill was given leave of absence
for 4 months without salary.

appropriation [end inserted] On motion duly
Seconded and adopted the Y. M C. A - was
allowed the sum of $40. for the purpose of defraying
the expenses of their delegate to their annual convention
of the Lake Erie Student Conference
Article of Agreement
Article of agreement made and entered into
this 6th day of May AD. 1904, by and between
the Ohio University, a corporation, of the first part,and
Charles. P. Kircher of the second part [illegible]
By agreement of the parties the contract heretofore
made between the Ohio University and said Charles. P
Kircher for the erection of a $20.000.00 library is hereby
vacated ,annulled and rescinded and wholly set asides
a new contract having been made covering the whole
subject, to wit: on the (6th) Sixth day of May AD. 1904 between
said University and said Kircher, by which said Kircher
has obtained a contract to erect the new Library
building of the Ohio University for the sum of Forty Thousand
Dollars ($40.000.00).
