the subject of using [?scagliola?] or copper or both
as per plans and specifications of the new Library
Building was referred to the Building Committee
of the new Library Building with full power and
authority to determine the matter ,and to
substitute the same if deemed best in their
judgment.
[inserted] Employment
of Field Agent [end inserted] Mr. Davidson moved that the President
be authorized to employ a suitable field
agent for the next four months at a salary of
not to exceed $75.00 per month and expenses
which motion was duly seconded and adopted.
[inserted] Insurance
Normal College [end inserted] Mr. Jones moved that the
subject of the insurance of the Normal College
Building be referred to the Finance Committee
who are not to insure said building in an
amount exceeding $10.000.00.
[inserted] Furnishing
the Normal
College
Building [end inserted] Mr Davidson moved that
the matter of furnishing the Normal School building
be referred to [?the?] Building Committee of
said normal School building with full power
and authority to act which motion was duly
seconded and adopted.

excused [end inserted] On motion duly seconded and adopted Mr Coultrap
was execused from further attendance at
this meeting
[inserted] Grading [end inserted] On motion duly seconded and adopted
the subject of g rading and taking dirt from the grounds
of the University therefor was referred to the two
Building Committees with full power and authority
to act, and to employ an Architect at a cost not exceeding 100$
[inserted] Auditing
Committee [end inserted] On motion duly seconded and adopted
the President appointed CC. Davidson. L.J. Fenton
and F.C. Whiley as an auditing Committee
to examine the annual reports of the Auditor and Treasurer
for the fiscal year ending June 1904.
