the subject of the giving of bond by Mr Kircher for
the faithful performance of his contract for the construction
and erection of said Library Building was referred
to the Building Committee of said New Library
Building , with full power and authority to act,
in the matter of approving receiving and accepting said
bond, and the sureties thereto,and in all other matters
relating to the acceptance of said bond

of W. E. Bundy [end inserted] Messrs. Coultrap. Welch. and Jones the Committee
heretofore appointed to prepare resolutions as to the
death of William. E. Bundy a former honored member
of this Board made the following report;

"Mr President and Board
of Trustees of the Ohio University.
Your Committee
appointed at the August meeting of this
Board to draft resolutions with respect to the
death of Hon. William. E Bundy beg leave to
report the following:
1. That in the death of Mr Bundy the Board
of Trustees of the Ohio University has lost
one of its most distinguished and valued members
and the University one of its most ardent friends
