The Board met pursuant to adjournment
The Committee
appointed to examine Chapter 1st of Title VI of the
Statuses of Ohio made the following report
Your Committee
report that they have examined Chapter 1 if Title VI of the
[illegible] Statuses of the State and they are of the opinion
that its Legislation had not given the Board of the
University in making the repairs of its buildings and
in refunding the money appropriated to the University
by the Legislature at its last session - signed by the
Committee. Which report
was accepted and adopted
The President read a telegram
from Mrs Ewing stating that Mr Ewing was unable
to attend upon the board because of sickness
and a letter from Mr Waddle stating that he was
unable to attend because of professional engagements
and upon motion Mr Ewing and Mr Waddle
were excused for non attendance

Building
Committee
On motion The Building Committee
were authorized to advertise for bids on the plans
and specifications for the Chapel building presented by
Mr Hanaford.
The Building Committee were authorized
to have the specifications for the Central Building
and the chapel building presented.
On motion this Board adjourned
