With reference to your advert in the
N of W.
During the Normandy Landings I was
serving aborad a Landing Craft Headquarters
Ship as a [?coder?]. We sailed from Southhampton
before midnight June 5^th and made our
assault on the [?____omanches?] Beach-head
at first light June 6^th.
I would be very pleased to give you any
information which would help your work.
