Dear Mr. Humberstone,

I have just had your telephone message. Thank you very much
for calling us, especially as we have had such difficulty in making
a mutually convenient appointment. Could you poossibly be at the
above address at 6 o'clock on Thursday; Mr. Ryan has an appointment
at 4.30 and another at 7 o'clock, so this is really the only time
he will be free.
