Dear Miss Ward,

I have just read in
the American Legion Magazine that
you are looking for material from
vets of the Normandy invasion.

I was one of the veteran's
of the invasion of Normandy. I was
with the 505 Parachute Inf Combat
team 82nd Airborne Division. Our
outfit was the first to hit Normandy.

I would like to help in any
way that I could on articles on
the invasion. I am sure that if
you could be at our Division (over)
