Some time past Nathan Parker apply to us for assistanceto purchase the house that was formerly William Brock's. We accordingly applied to Batchelder Hussey who told us he had order to sell it on thy act. [ACCOUNT] he [TIPT?] his price & we agreed to it if we together Batchelder find the time of payment & accourdingly Nathan Parker moved in the house & have added some repair to it. Now we called on Batchelder for a deed who inform: a deed must come from the [THEE?] & Defird [DEFFERED?] we would right [WRITE] to the [THEE] for one.
