In the Bay of St Catherines Remarks February 23 1830

Commenses cloudy weather with squalls of rain. Ran into the bay of St Catherines and came to in 5 fathomes. During the night light windy. At daylight got under way. Recieved a visit from the fort.

At 8 AM came too. At 10 AM sent a boat ashhore an at noon returned with a dupply of wood.
