had utterly failed in their efforts with these products last year, got the idea so well this year that they were willing to try their hand with these products (especially beans) under almost any sort of condition. Many of the club members have taken real pride in canning beans and have successfully saved all that they will need for use in their families for the entire year.

Suggestions for work needed in your county next year and your plans for carrying on your work -- In our County, there is a great and growing need for better sanitation in and about the home and more sanitary toilets - toilets generally - My plan to meet this need is to offer a prize to the club member or house wife, who will keep the cleanest and neatest kitchen for three months, and another to the one who will do the same for six months and still another to the member who will get at least three toilets built in her immediate community.
