=tank precinct in the County aforsd being Weak of body but of perfect and
Sound memory praise be Allmighty god for the Same do make and
apoynt this my Last Will & Testamt in maner & forme Foll -
first I bequeath my soul to god who gave it me hopeing throo
the meritt of my blessed Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and
fare pardon for all my Sins, my body I Comitt to the Earth to be buri
=ed att the Discretion of my executrix heraftr named
Thirdly after my Just Debts which of Right I ow be paid I will &
bequeath all my Estate Reale and personall both Lands & move=
=abls and all of it Said to be mine into my well beloved Wife
Ann of the Same County to hir & her Heirs Disposing for Ever
whome I Do allso make and allow to be my Sole Executrix
of this my Last Will & Testamt and I Do hereby Revoak
and make Voyd all other Wills my me made; allowing
and Ratifiing this to be my only Will & Testamt wherein &
I Sett my hand & Seale the 7th Day 7br 1700
