To adjudge what is most necessary for the advantage of the Publick, to do with those Persons, call'd Regulators Now in Custoday. (to the number of 100 [dash]) with their arms Baggage etc, which being considered, if is Judge Necessary. to confine the same with their arms Baggage etc till furthur direction from [torn off] Honourable Council of State.

Order by the authority of the same, that the arms be left with Col. William Bryan, till furthur orders Order. that the Prisoners, arms waggons. Horses etc be convayed, by Majr. Jethro Sumner of the Two minute Company & of Bute County. to Halifax there to be continued till furthur orders By order of the Council Jos. Riddick Clerk
