Marked for review as wasn't sure what to put for the county for 43790 Richard Matthews - what looks like a ditto mark doesn't really make sense and not sure what the following squiggle/two letters/?y mean; so left the county field blank.

I think the ditto mark is for Swansea and the two letters could be Qy for quay, still makes no sense. However the county is left blank on the certificate and I'd be inclined to do the same here.
