Any better ideas for the birth place of 45171 Thomas Pearson? I've put in "Budgen near Newcastle" but can't find this or any other likely candidates/alternatives in the Genuki gazetteer.
Looks right to me and is even clearer on the original certificate. Possibly a now defunct hamlet. Stick with it.

On the claim form there is definitely an l - Blugden, which doesn't help much as there isn't a place called Blugden either. Also Blugden on 1851 census, where Thomas is in debtor's prison.
