This is the correct style as input by TNA!!!!!!!!!!!!

National Archives of the United Kingdom

Yep, thank you, done the first one for each to ensure I know what i am doing :-)

Scrumpy Geoff

Yes I noticed. Now if only other people would look at them! Do we still get Christmas Day off?

sek

Or paid double on Christmas Day?

Scrumpy Geoff

Bet we both end up here at some stage during the day... way to escape dreadful family members

sek

Get the family to join in with transcriptions. Like charades or something.

Scrumpy Geoff

Which ones do you think would be best, those with dementia, Down's Syndrome or are alcoholics? Wife has more degrees than a thermometer so it's too menial for her! The puppy might be okay but doesn't type very well.

sek

A puppy! What sort?

Scrumpy Geoff

She's a really pretty little lurcher. She is not ours but we've been providing day care for most of her life and now we're fostering her full time for a month or so while her family are in the process of moving to Sweden. I shall miss her dreadfully.

sek

Sounds sweet. So is she a cross between a greyhound and a ....? I know a couple who foster dogs for a local animal shelter which suits them because they can have the companionship without the long term reponsibility plus the shelter pays for food and vets bills.

Scrumpy Geoff

Not sure of her parentage but I think she may be the product of two lurchers. I'd rather be a 9 to 5 sitter than a foster. I won't have another one of my own as it would outlive me! I see you have marked another page for review. I'll have a look in a minute.

sek

Two. One of them is a dog question.

Scrumpy Geoff

Oops, I'll go back and have another look soon
