@ Scrumpy Geoff Line 81 should be between lines 75 & 76 - my mistake. Can you insert or will it not matter ?
Also there is a hand written entry which may relate to line 80.

Scrumpy Geoff

The order doesn't matter. I think the hand written entry is simply another person charged and stands alone but I can't read where she is being sent for trial

pedroc

Thanks for that. Also hand written entry looks like Eliza Smith Committed for trial ? Town Hall ? and G Smith Discharged. Shall I add on or leave ?

Scrumpy Geoff

I suggest add and I think Union Hall not Town Hall! And that's simply reinforcing where hearing was. I still can't read where for trial. Perhaps handwriting stars sek or Polly can help

Scrumpy Geoff

Oh, I see what you mean about G Smith. I thought it was a place! So Eliza simply sent for trial but we know not where

pedroc

I've tagged the Smiths at the end - we know not why either !!

Scrumpy Geoff

Thanks
