In trying to do this transcribing, the page I had (101) was just an image, but I couldn't see a ruler or any text from the form alongside it. Am I right just to populate the page number and nothing else? Many thanks Suzy
If no ruler just mark it as an image sample. With image samples you only need the dimensions, if available. No need even for page number, it is automatically linked to its description. I think we are supposed to follow the full date style for all date fields.
