Can anyone help with the word in the description between 'combination' and 'armament' please? My best guess is 'carried', but I'm not sure they carried 'plumes'...?

James Phillips

Afternoon Vivienne! Hope you are well settled after the move.
I suggest maybe 'carver' which does fit a bit with some Google entries etc.??

Vivienne Jarvis

Hello James. Yes, all good here, thanks.
I'm not convinced about 'carver'! I wondered about 'carried'? Doing some more research...

Scrumpy Geoff

Corner possibly. Maybe the shape of the image is a clue. Best I can do.

James Phillips

Will await developments....!

Is it an ornament rather than an armament?

Vivienne Jarvis

Brilliant! Many thanks :)
