There is no possible way for spirit to be benefitted by matter - your brother is trying to make what I say fit into his own preconceived theories, or as Christ said, "putting new wine into old bottles."

Q. ^^(Wagman) Will you answer a mental question? A. I cannot because it would be too hard on "Endurance" - Do you know why you are called "Expectancy"? Most young persons of your age are not yet, quite responsible - That is to say in the first three sevens of your earth

life you are subject to what has been taught you by others I have not yet made conclusions for yourself - they are the reflections of what others have said or done.

Q. Have all young persons the same name? A. Yes, or one that would signify the same spiriual thought.

Q. Something was here said about "Insight" being in the spiritual world? A. I am not in the spiritual world, but in Heaven.

Q. Tell us about Heaven? A. Heaven is one of the 21 worlds of which I spoke and has many different conditions of being, suited to its many occupants.

Q. What is Paradise? A. Paradise is the spirit world where you go immediately after your new birth.

Q. What is name of Guardian Angel of E.C.G.? A. Liberation.

Q. What does that mean?

A. He has only now let his Spirit out of its prison.

Q. Tell us about E—C. A. This is a great and good spirit and will help the new spirit in its struggles.

Feb. 19^th 1885. Q. What is spiritual force? A. Spiritual force is the love of the Divine put into action on a material plane. Spiritual force first projected itself into matter and humanity must bring it back to its source. Creation was devised for this purpose. "Endurance" think of what I said about first material and then spiritual and that is one of the answers to that thought. To your material senses first what is natural, then what is spiritual. God first projected himself into the lowest forms of matter and is gradually

bringing matter back to himself.

Q. How long has this process been going on? A. There is no way by which you could be made to understand the immense number of ages.

Q. Was matter at first more spiritual than now? A. No, matter was never spiritual in itself, but when man became fit for the divine spark, matter began to be capable of rising.

Q. Is man in an ascending or descending spiritual scale? A. You misunderstand - you think of man when he first became spirit - where as I was speaking of matter as it existed long ages before man came into being. Man is ascending and God wills that thro' him, matter shall in the end, become what it was at first, Spirit.

Q. Will there ever be a higher form of Creation than man in his present form? A. Yes, as man improves spiritually, he will improve the house he inhabits and all creation will grow, as he grows, toward God.

Q. Has man attained to his present form

and status by gradual evolution? A. Yes, he was nothing but the simplest forms of gas to begin with.

Q. Can you tell us by what name scientists call that form of animal creation from which man last evoluted? A. I do not know what names are given to things on your earth.

Q. Are we related to apes and monkeys? A. Always remember to make a difference between your material form and what is really yourself, your human soul, - not your spiritual form, but your material form has come up from the lowest forms of creation and what preceded your present perfect organization was in the form your suppose. No animals have spirit, they have a soul after their kind, but it is not human.

Q. Will you explain the Creation as told in the 1^st chapter of Genesis? A. That is in some respects a true account
