And the said Society, in consideration of the
premises hereby agree with the said Haggerston to
pay to him the yearly sum of six hundred dollars in
equal quarterly payments on the first day of June
the first day of Septemeber, the first day of December
and the first day of March; and also to give him the
free and full use and enjoyment of the Cottage erected
at Mount Auburn.

In Witness whereof the said Society have caus-
ed this instrument to be subscribed by their Presi-
dent, and the said David Haggerston has hereunto set
his hand the day & year first above written.
