Stone, Isaac, Capt.

[[Lot 1348]]. (1799-1860) Son of [[Stone, Nathaniel|Nathaniel Stone]]. He is number 447 in the <a href="https://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/005763791">Simon Stone Genealogy</a> available in Hathi Trust. Land Owner. Upon Nathaniel's death in 1843, the land of the Stone family homestead was divided among Isaac and his brothers [[Stone, James|James<!--Stone-->]] and [[Stone, David|David<!--Stone-->]], with Isaac taking the land north-west of the corner of Grove Street and Coolidge Avenue and the west half of the double house built in 1831 on the opposite side of Grove Street. Later, he bought his brother James' portion of land, south of Coolidge Avenue.
