(August 29, 1816 – June 8, 1899) Architect, Builder, and Industrial Engineer. His father Gridley Bryant also worked for the Cemetery. He drew the plans for the Entrance Gateway, Perimiter Fence,Washington Tower, and Bigelow Chapel working from designs provided by Jacob Bigelow. Architect of the Receiving Tomb at Mount Auburn Cemetery
