Boston Jan[uary] 17 1839. This certifies that I have examined
the Treasurer's accounts for the past year ending 31 ultimo,
- that they are correctly cast & properly vouched, that the
balance in his hands was then Twenty seven hundred
eighty dollars 79/100 ( $2780.79 ) and that he exhibited
to me the evidence of Stocks appearing to belong to the
Corporation by the Trial balance of his Books, to wit ;

12 shares in N E Bank
15 - Hamilton do
[25 shares - Shawmut do
3 6 -B & [P?] Rail Road B & L Rail Road
4 - Stark Mills on which 25% are paid
