Dear Sir, I shall not probably be able to be with you tomorrow afternoon.
Is it not necessary that the Horticultural Society should have a meeting & and accept the new Act, as well as the Proprietors of lots?
Annexed is memo of some debts which it as well should be understood as now existing. The engraving a new plan which has been long under way & Printing new list perhaps should be charged to old concern.
