$1000. Boston March 7. 1852 It is
agreed between J Read, Com^ee for the Trustees
of Mt Auburn, & Gridley Bryant for
Bryant & Blaisdell, that on the
payment of one thousand dollars
to be paid within one week, that
the sum shall be in full of all
claims of B & B against Mount Auburn
abt 400 of which is to be paid to the Gas
Co & the balance to Mr Flanders
& the same to be in full for building
the Fence around Mt Auburn & for
all other claims whatever
