Your memorial presented to the Proprietors of the Cemetery of Mount Auburn, at the annual meeting on the 1^stof February last, and referred by the Proprietors to the present board of Trustees X ^{by them} was duly referred to a Committee of said Board; andsaid Committee reported therefor at the last monthlymeeting, recommending that the Trustees, for reasons full set forth in said report, decline to ^{inquire whether any & what allegations were made by togive Mr Wyeth any farther} the previous Board against you bearing in the matter (over)
