The committee appointed
to examine the safe belonging to the
corporation reports - that he has
not been able to inspect the interior
of the safe which is said to be filled
with some calcareous powder - but that
he does not think that a sufficient
difference exists in the non conducting
power of different compounds of lime when
dry to affect essentially the safety of
different receptacles containing them
