Dear Sir,
Yours of yesterday's
date in reply to my appli-
cation regarding the perpetual
care of my Lot No 3124. situated
on Acanthus Path, Mount
Auburn Cemetery is before me,
and I wish to say, I desire
to pay for the perpetual care
of the Lot including the
renewal of the head-stones,
and monument when needed.

Where shall the payment
of the $525. be made?
