Dear Madam: -

The gardener replanted the myrtle on one grave in your
lot but found that the expense of all the repairs would be so high
that I thought you should be written to before going on with the
work. The expense of putting the balance of the myrtle in repair
will be forty dollars ($40.00) and in view of that the work will
be delayed until I hear from you.
