Lewis Jones and Son Dear Sirs:

The stone for the Eastburn Lot 1898 has been delivered and I find on looking at it that several small pieces have been chipped from the base. My men did not unload it. The money to be paid to the person delivering it has not yet been called for and I thought under the circumstances you might not wish it to be paid.

Mrs. M. E. W. Jones

Dear Madam

I find on refering to my books that there is a bill of $6.00 due on lot 4315 for work done in 1884 and as the Trustees do not permit work done on lots where there are unpaid bills, the work recently ordered can not be done. As soon as the bill is paid the work will immediately be attended to.

Yours Resp'y J. W. Lovering Sup't per F. A. B.

Dear Sir:-

Your note is received. I find that in order to raise the graves the myrtle and lilies will have to be removed and reset. The cost will be $7.00. There are two stones that need to be plumbed the cost will be $2.00

Respectfully yours,

Supt.

Dear Sir:-

Your order for myrtle on a grave in lot 1061 is received. Please inform me which grave you wish it planted on.

There is a bill for care and plants in 1881 due on this lot, and as by vote of the Trustees I am directed to do no work on lots where there are unpaid bills will you please arrange the matter with our Treasurer (#5 Pemberton Sq.) before the work goes on.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.

Dear Sirs:-

I have returned you the press copy book of 1889, the year is stamped in the wrong place, and the title "Bills Rendered Treasurer" is left off. I enclose rubing from the 1887 book which will show how the rest of the series are lettered.

Respectfully yours,

Supt

Calvin Slade, Esq., 188 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, N. Y.

Dear Sir: -

Your order for foundation in lot #1313 is received. I notified the stonecutter some time ago that the location of the grave was on the book, but I wished definite instructions as to whither the stone is to be placd at the end of the grave next the path or the end furthest from it. There is no record as to which way the head is.

Respectfully yours,

Supt.
