Dear Madam:-

I wrote our Treasurer in regard to the charge for
mahonia about which you sent a message, and have just received his
reply. He says that the bill for care and topdressing was sent
to Mrs. Patterson, The Berkley, Boston, and another bill for mah-
onis to you. The bill for care and topdressing ($5.00) was re-
turned and resent in your care, and it was paid by check Nov.15th,
but there is no credit for the charge nade to you ($2.50). Will
you please reexamine your bill and if the charge to you is receip-
ted, send me the date.
