Dear Sir: -

Will you please have the enclosed order signed by Mr.
L. B. Atwood and returned to me as soon as convenient.

I would again call your attention to the remedy suggested
in my letter of Feb. 14, 1884. The transfer of lots would put
the matter straight, while as it now stands there is every reason
to apprehend that a mistake will happen, or delay occur when you
least desire it.
