Dear Sir: -

The fence on the lot standing in the name of the heirs
of George Rogers is in a rusty and unsightly condition, and the
lot and its suroundings would be improved by removing it. Will
the heirs authorize me to do this, recut the posts at the corners,
remove the other posts and sod over the psot holes and cut the num-
ber of the lot without expense except the old material.
