Dear Madam:-

The fence on the Stearns lot is in a rusty and unsight-
ly condition, and the lot and its surroundings would be improved
by removing it. Will the heirs authorise me to do this, recut four
posts for the corners, remove the other posts and sod over the
holes and cut the number of the lot for the old material.
