Dear Sir: -

The remains of the child can be interred as soon as del-
ivered here. I enclose an order blank which please fill out, have
Mrs. Stevens sign and return to me. Our state law requires us to
have a permit from the Board of Health of the town from which the
remains are removed, please have the parties attending to the mat-
ter at Tewksbury forward this. I enclose a tracing of the lot
with the grave of Mr. Stevens marked on it, please mark the exact
location of the childs grave and return it to me with the order.
