Dear Sir:-

Your note is received. The rent for the deposit of the
remains of Noble Maxwell in our tomb is paid until Oct. 15th.

Please sign the enclosed order filling in the day and
hour when you wish the removal to take place, and return the order
to me giving at least 24 hours notice. At the present season the
office is open from 8 A.M. until about 5 P.M., but if convenient it
would be advisable to make the removal in the forenoon.

If the body is to be removed to a lot in this cemetery
the location of the grave in the lot will have to be given before-
hand. If it is to be removed to another cemetery a permit will
have to be obtained from the clerk of the Board of Health of the
town of Watertown.
