Dear Sirs

Your favor of June 10^th rec'd in
which you propose to furnish the catacomb doors
as specific in my letter of June 9^th and as for en-
closed plan, also the best course for $626 (at price
named in your letter of June 5^th.)

I accept your proposition, understanding that you
fit the doors and the dowels to the holes in the slate tomb
at that price.

The plan enclosed shows the joints in the slate work
above & below the belt course of marble, which should break
joints with the slate, and be in at least as long pieces.
I shall want the belt course delivered by July 18^th and
the catacombs done ready by August 15^th.

Mr. T.F. M^cGann will make the handles and I have
sent him a template to fit the bolts on handle to which
he will have you to drill the holes by. Would it not be
well to drill the holes for the handles a little nearer the
bottom than the top, as that in putting up the doors they
