Dear Sir

The heirs
of Tho.^s Marshall have today
decided to take lot 4433
on Clethra Pa. the Certificate
of which is in their possession.
This lot was sold them and
then afterward the sale was thrown
up, they intending to take half
of Lot 2836, but another change
of mind has left them with a
wish to pay for 4433 so
you may expect a call from
them for that purpose.

No order has been
received for the care of lot
787 Cypress Ave for 1876.

This I presume is due to an
oversight in blank for such direction
as you may deem proper.

I have directed that the sod -
about the mont. be repaired and
that the graves be changed as per
your verbal directions. I have
added this to the order as I am
under instructions from the Trustees
to do no work for Proprietors, or others
without written directions, in order to
prevent misunderstanding.
