Geo. Wm Bond Esq

Dear Sir

The price for the land now between
lots #158 and #156 would probably be $150 pr foot, and there
are 136 feet.

I would propose that the heirs of H. K. May purchase
of us 136 feet additional land to be used for burial
purposes, and that you relocate your lot 158 without any
passageway between it & lot #156, and make it 289 ft in size
the 11 ft thus given up being added to lot #1797 with the
136 feet, giving 7 ft in width along that side.

If you will send a communication from the Heirs of
H. K. May agreeing to take this addition, and are from
yourself, asking for the relocation of your lot #158, I
will lay them before the Board of Trustees for approval.
After the addition is made to lot #1797 and lot 158 is
relocated, I retain between the two new lots bearing those
numbers, a passageway of the same size as between these lots
at present.

Yours truly, J. W. Lovering.
