We will cut
the limb of the "maple" which
overhangs the Mon't. and also
remove the Larch Tree between
the lots 2052 & 2053 at your
expense. If you desire
us to proceed please notify
this Office to that effect

Very Respectfully

Milo Gove Esq.

50 So Russell St. Boston.

Dear Sir:

Your order for the
care of Lot 4324 is received

It is my rule to have a new
lot like yours, that we grade &
sod, cared for the first year
after grading & Sodding without charge
to the Proprietor. I think however
a top dressing of manure in
the fall would be beneficial
and will use the order you
have already given, as one for
top dressing at a cost of $400;
unless directed not to do so
by you

Respectfully
