By an error of the
clerk; who estimated the cost of the found-
ation, for which you left an order with
the gatekeeper this afternoon; you were led
to believe the cost of the found 3 ft 6 in sq.
would be ^$12⁰⁰ The real cost to us will
be just double it or 24⁰⁰ in all probability
I therefore enclose a new order in blank for
you to sign. I am sorry you are caused
any trouble on account of this error. Should
the cost of the found be less than ^$24⁰⁰
I will charge you only the cost to us
